Our courier will typically attempt delivery more than once. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready. If delivery repeatedly fails, the order may be returned to us — so do ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at theritualcoofficial@gmail.com, and we'll arrange a replacement.
