What weights are available?

What is the grip size?
Approx. 35 mm grip diameter—comfortable for most hand sizes.
What are they made of?
A cast-iron core wrapped in a soft-touch, skin-safe silicone outer coating.
Are these beginner-friendly?
Yes—especially for home training. The 1–2 kg range helps you master form, build joint strength, and avoid overloading early on.
Are silicone dumbbells safe for floors?
The capsule shape and silicone coating are gentler on floors than bare metal. For delicate surfaces, we recommend using a mat.
Do the dumbbells have any smell when new?
A mild “new product” scent can occur initially and typically dissipates after a short airing. Wipe once with a damp cloth and let dry.
Are they latex-free and skin-safe?
The outer is silicone. If you have material sensitivities, please review the specs and test cautiously; discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Care & Safety
How do I clean the silicone coating?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap; dry fully before storing. Avoid harsh solvents.
How should I store the dumbbells?
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Can I use them outdoors?
Yes, but avoid prolonged exposure to harsh sun or abrasive surfaces to preserve the coating.

Returns & Warranty
What if I receive a damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Is there a warranty?
We cover manufacturing defects and coating issues for 6 months. Normal wear and tear excluded.
