Inflate using the included straw — do not over-inflate; a slightly soft ball gives better grip and feedback for core work. Place between your thighs, under your body, or in your hands as needed, and apply gentle, controlled pressure to build stability and alignment.
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap after use. Deflate for travel or compact storage. Avoid sharp surfaces and prolonged direct sunlight.
