Hi, I'm Gitika Yadav, founder of The Ritual Co.

I'm a software engineer, fitness enthusiast, and entrepreneur who believes that movement should be an enjoyable and sustainable part of everyday life.

The Ritual Co was born from a simple observation: most fitness equipment is either highly functional but unattractive, or aesthetically pleasing but lacks quality and durability.

I wanted to create fitness products that people would be proud to keep in their homes and excited to use every day.

Our mission is to design premium fitness equipment that blends performance, durability, and aesthetics—helping people turn movement into a daily ritual.

We are starting with thoughtfully designed silicone dumbbells and plan to expand into a broader collection of wellness and fitness essentials.
