Our story

We started with a simple problem: strength gear was either too harsh or too plain. We wanted equipment that would invite you to move — tools that match your space, your rhythm, and your mood.

The result is a collection that blends form and function: capsule-shaped dumbbells with a silk-matte finish, designed and manufactured in India for intentional movement at home.

About the founder

The Ritual Co. was founded by Gitika Yadav — a software engineer at Google, fitness content creator, and someone who simply wanted wellness products beautiful enough to deserve space at home.

Her work bridges precision and aesthetics: an engineer's eye for how an object should feel in the hand, and a creator's instinct for how it should look in a space. As a Cult.fit creator and a featured voice on Radio City India's Beyond Muscles series, she's spent years thinking about how movement becomes a sustainable, daily ritual rather than a chore.

The Ritual Co. is the product of that obsession — strength essentials engineered for the body and designed for the home.
